Hi, I'm Grace, the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Better Real Estate Carolinas.

I started this business after working for several other real estate firms because I knew I could do better for my clients and agents without being held back by the typical "profit first" business directive.

Regardless of whether you just passed the state exam yesterday or have been working as an agent since the fax machine was a staple in every office, I would love to talk with you about joining the firm.

How Are We Better?

Just like every client has unique reasons and goals why they are buying and/or selling real estate, you also have unique expectations for your real estate career.

What We Provide

We provide a turn key system for you to succeed.

90/10 Split

We believe you should keep as much money in your pocket as possible. That's why we have a 90/10 split with no transaction fees and no admin fees.

CRM

We use Follow Up Boss as our CRM. We pay for your monthly subscription without charging you anything.

Digital Signature Service

We use DotLoop as our digital signature service. We have access to all the NC and SC forms which are updated every year so you have the right forms. We pay for your monthly subscription without charging you anything.

Website

We provide a custom webpage for you. We pay for the monthly hosting, IDX, and lead generation fees for you without charging you anything.

Email

We provide you with a Google Workspace account and email address. We pay your monthly subscription without charging you anything.

Cards & Yard Signs

We design and print your business cards and yard signs. We pay for the printing of your first order of 500 business cards and two yard signs without charging you anything.
